Cancelling iOS In-app SUB - [iPhone/iPad]

Hi there and thanks for getting in touch with BoxNation Technical Support

Cancellations for in app subscriptions for your Boxnation iOS app on iPhone / iPad must be performed from the device via your iTunes account. Unfortunately we do not control cancellations or refunds on the Apple platform as the subscription was purchased In-APP through the Apple AppStore / iTunes; and therefore cancellation of the subscription must be performed by the user.
